A Podcast - I did one!

George Blais of George & Jess Podcast visited my shop recently and as we chatted, he spoke with me about the possibility of doing a podcast. As we spoke, he suggested there was enough material to do not one, but a series of podcasts talking about eating plant-based, drinking tea, and going vegan in Southern Minnesota...so Monday we taped the first one!

During the taping, first one deer then another walked up to the window right outside where we were taping. At one point, you will hear me giggle as the deer threw me off a couple of times as the gorgeous animals seemed to occasionally stare right at me as it they were listening in to what I had to say. Personal Note: I did not realize that I was the WHOLE show, mostly unedited, and am embarrassed at how many um's I have in there. I have made a note to write myself an UM card to keep me from saying it so much next time ;) Thanks for giving it a listen!
