Although drinking tea is not necessarily a vegan only thing, for me it was the start of my journey of drinking and then eating healthier which led me to where I am now. If you are interested, please give my latest podcast a listen :)

There are many things I like about tea. Drinking tea is an environmentally positive beverage.
You can drink 8-10 cups of tea for the environmental footprint of 1 cup of coffee. (from growing to consuming)
Most of our tea comes from companies who care about the people who grow it and sustainable growing methods.
Drinking tea has many health benefits. All true tea contains antioxidants and white and green teas have anti-inflammatory properties. Tea wakes up your brain and at the same
time relaxes your body. The caffeine is gentler on your system as it is a slow release over time.
I love the variety! There are hundreds of varieties of tea and so I love that you can experience a different flavor profile with each one. I love picking a tea to match my mood and pair different teas with different foods. Sharing the experience of drinking a nice tea with friends or family is relaxing and comforting. My favorite relaxing tea is a Jasmine Green which is not only aromatically lovely, but from the first sip, it washes me in calmness and peace.
Tea is an adventure in a cup!
When someone tells me they don't like tea, most often, I have found they have had really bad tea or badly prepared tea. With 100's of choices, there is usually something for everyone and an adventure in every cup!
